Clarence Thomas is a seasoned Defense Contract Supply Chain Management professional with nearly two decades in the industry.
Prior to launching FinBlock, Clarence spent 17 total years in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait and Kosovo within Supply Chain Management, as well as Sr. Leadership with KBR under the LOGCAP III, IV, and V projects.
He has extensive in-depth knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and DFARS; along with extensive experience with ITAR and OFAC regulations and requirements. Clarence also held a U.S. Secret Clearance during his time as a Defense Contractor, and thoroughly understands those requirements as well.
Some of the most notable elements of Clarence’s experience and leadership are:
•Head Property/Materials instructor for 8 countries under LOGCAP III, holding classes for over 5000
people over a 2-year period.
•Deputy Regional Distribution Center Manager (SC Manager) for Afghanistan’s largest distribution
center in 2010-2013.
•Supply Chain Manager for Al Asad, Iraq from 2018-2020, in charge of all warehouse functions, tool
rooms, calibration, and the site’s property book.
•Promoted to Deputy General Manager for Al Asad, in charge of all 1300+ personnel on site and 82
total services.
•Promoted once more to General Manager for Kosovo, in charge of 1400+ employees across six
countries in Eastern Europe.
Russ Liebowitz is a 27-year recruiting veteran. He’s not only served as National Account Director for different firms; but has also started and scaled three recruiting companies prior to FinBlock.
In addition to having started (and having sold) the three recruiting agencies prior to FinBlock, Russ has trained thousands of individuals globally on how to start and scale their own recruiting agencies, through his educational company, Recruitemy.
Some of the most notable elements of Russ’s experience and leadership are:
•Scaled his last company, Broadstaff to over 20 employees and processing payroll to over $8M
annually for over 200 staff on behalf of his clients.
•Has personally placed over 500 direct hire employees for more than 150 clients across the United
States.
•Extensive experience with executive leadership roles, which includes, but is not limited to Chief
Operating Officer, President and VP of various disciplines, and Directors of various disciplines.
•Personally developed the unique recruitment process that’s been coined “The DREAM Method”.
